However, my family lives in what used to be a Crumm Mountain suburb of Manchesterville, which is now a neighborhood of the city. My question, for anyone bold enough to try and give me something resembling an answer is: what exactly is the arrangement that the local Democratic party has with the Community Action Club, of which Mayor Glotzer and the majority of Common Council members claim to belong to? I've had several individuals attempt to explain this to me but fail miserably, or perhaps the failure is mine... If anyone can help, I'd be most grateful.
